helpful and friendly staff. Location made it easy to get around town. Many restaurants in the neighbourhood. Very quiet considering the size of the establishment. I would recommend it heartfully.

Coffee machine would have been appreciated (not everyone enjoys tea in the morning!) room was not cleaned every day.

It was modern, clean, and well equipped. The food was good and the staff friendly.

Convenient to Temple Church where I went for Sunday service.

Late checkout cost me app. 50 dollars for four hours.

Breakfast was pretty weak.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Location excellent and quiet.

My husband didn't like staying in a physically impaired room but didn't tell me until we were home. I imagine we would have had the chance to be moved. As in all of Europe, must ask for washcloths.

Clean and convenient hotel for a great price, right in the heart of London. The staff are very eager to please.

Rooms are spare but clean. Nothing shabby or dirty or scary. But I would have liked a few conveniences like an ironing board or more fancy soaps/shampoos/lotions.

This is a great place for the price, especially in such a great location. You get a basic room that is bright, and clean, but not as fancy as a 5-start hotel. The staff are great - always around and always willing to help. Breakfast is a lot of food and good variety for a cheap price. I was traveling on business and it worked fine for me.
